Hi, First guy w/the money to show-up has the privilege to leave with the item. If the guy tries to deal downwards on the listed price, I say, "another guy wants me to hold it for him until he can get-off work, and he agreed to pay full asking price, do you want it now, or not?" I don't meet people at my home to sell, I meet them at a local business like a CVS or Home Depot. If I'm buying, and it's something not cheap, I ask them to meet me in the parking lot of the local PD headquarters. A few times, I've made road trips to buy something, > an hour away, and I call to arrange the place and time, and then call to tell them "I'm on my way," and as I get closer, I will text them to give an ETA @ the pre-arranged meeting site. My input to the seller as I'm ready to leave is, "I don't want to drive 2 hrs to get this and have you a no-show, so before I leave to meet you please just tell me now if you're not gonna be able to meet today." Using this method I've not had a no-show. Thanks! For more details: Company Overview Video
